Yesterday we had a very special visit in our factory. We were honoured to welcome the Labora civil works workshop group, organised by the Sax Town Council. An initiative dedicated to providing employment and training opportunities for people looking to re-enter the labour market.
From the moment they arrived, the energy and enthusiasm of the group was palpable. We started the visit with a presentation about our company, where we shared our history, mission and values. It was a great opportunity to highlight the importance we place on inclusion and diversity in our workplace.
After the presentation, we took the visitors on a tour through the different areas of the factory. They were able to see our production processes up close, from the receipt of raw materials to the finished product. Our employees were happy to show their work and answer any questions that arose.
One of the highlights was the experience sharing session. Some of the workshop participants shared their personal stories. It was inspiring to hear their testimonies and see their determination to overcome challenges and build a better future.
We pledged to continue to support initiatives that promote labour inclusion and to consider workshop participants in our future selection processes.
We would like to sincerely thank all those who made this visit possible and especially the workshop participants for their enthusiasm and active participation. We are convinced that with effort and support, it is possible to create a more inclusive and equitable working environment for all.
We hope to see you again and to continue collaborating on this path towards a fairer and more caring society!
